It’s been a year. (deep inhale) How are you,
really? Let’s talk. Let’s reflect. Let’s leave
behind what didn’t serve us and move
forward with clear takeaways. We come
together this month, to share lessons learned
and care for our mental and physical wellbeing, surrounded by the support of our
community.

SOUND
FAMILIAR?
“This too shall pass.”
“I'm good. Everything's fine.”
“Nothing a little makeup and water can't fix.”
“It's simple...Read a book, drink 8 glasses of water a day, stay off social media, call your family, get exercise, eat right, and meditate.”
Topics of
Conversation
Focusing on breath &
centering ourselves.
How do we find realistic
hope coming into 2021?
What have we learned and what
do we want to leave behind?
The Mixed Space is Proud to Present

Brittany George
Brittany is a certified Life Coach & Counsellor who works with mixed-race women as they embark on
their journey of self-discovery. Brittany has created a space that honors the mixed woman’s exploration
of identity, community, rituals, inner-child reparenting, relationships, family of origin studies as well as
ancestry and heritage.
Her programs encompass all that is key to stepping into elevated confidence, self-worth, and self-esteem paired with opportunities to learn about how mental health is connected to each aspect of one's life experiences.
Brittany understands the multidimensional aspects of being a mixed woman in the current world. She believes that holding space for this co-creative, empathetic, and non-judgmental container is the key to a successful practice and therapeutic relationship.
