It’s been a year. (deep inhale) How are you, really? Let’s talk. Let’s reflect. Let’s leave behind what didn’t serve us and move forward with clear takeaways. We come together this month, to share lessons learned and care for our mental and physical wellbeing, surrounded by the support of our community.

SOUND
FAMILIAR?

“This too shall pass.”
“I'm good. Everything's fine.”
“Nothing a little makeup and water can't fix.
“It's simple...Read a book, drink 8 glasses of water a day, stay off social media, call your family, get exercise, eat right, and meditate.”

Topics of

Conversation

Focusing on breath & centering ourselves.
How do we find realistic hope coming into 2021?
What have we learned and what do we want to leave behind?
